WHAT TO EXPECT AT PRAISE PEDAL
Here’s what you can expect when you step into a Praise Pedal class
Where are you located?
Our studio is located at the Salvation Army Kroc Center 1375 E Broadway Phoenix AZ 85040. Allow yourself time to settle in, meet our Praise Pedal family, and prepare for your ride. This extra time will also ensure you have support setting up your bike for the best experience.
What will the atmosphere be like?
The music will be loud, the lights will be dim, and the Holy Spirit will be present. Our classes are designed to energize your body and uplift your soul. Picture yourself riding to the beat of inspiring worship music in an environment filled with faith and fellowship. It’s not just a workout it’s a worship session on wheels.
What should I bring and wear?
Leggings: They’re ideal for movement and stay in place better than shorts during class.
A Towel: You’ll be breaking a sweat, so a towel is a must!
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated as you ride.
