Praise Pedal was born from a heartfelt conviction and a deep desire to merge faith and fitness. Its founder, a seasoned cycling instructor with over seven years of experience, was accustomed to leading high-energy classes set to popular secular music. However, after becoming a Christian, she felt the Lord stirring her heart about the influence of secular music on her life and values.

While participating in group fitness classes, she began to notice an unsettling compromise in her worship and commitment to her faith. The music, while energizing, didn’t align with her beliefs, and she found herself longing for a workout environment where she could honor God without compromise.

One day, during a moment of prayer, she felt a clear calling: to teach spin classes but this time, for Him. Obedient to this prompting, she envisioned a space where Christians could come together to strengthen their bodies while uplifting their spirits through worship. She realized there wasn’t a safe, faith-centered environment where believers could integrate their love for fitness with their love for Jesus.

And so, Praise Pedal was born, a transformative indoor cycling experience that combines worship music, powerful scripture, and an uplifting community atmosphere. It’s more than a workout; it’s an act of worship, a sanctuary where believers can glorify God through movement, and a unique opportunity to draw closer to Him.
